Stock is trading low PE 9.79  as compared to industry PE of 29.8.
Stock is trading at Rs 28.5.

Stock is trading below its Book value. As the Housing sector is started picking up and continue to grow in a rapid phase in future. The company mainly focusing on middle class family housing, as the government boost to Realty & housing sector will be a huge positive for the stock. This stock will give multiple fold returns to investors in near future.
