PHYTO CHEM INDIA - GEARING UP

Today I am expressing my views on one Agrochemical company.

PHYTO CHEM (INDIA) LIMITED was established in 1989 and is into the business of manufacturing & marketing of pesticides for agriculture sector. Phyto Chem is presently carrying on the business in two segments i.e. Pesticides Formulations and Real Estate Activities.
The Company has started the activities by manufacturing various pesticides formulations and the products are well accepted by the farming community.
The Agro based industries have great potential in India. Pesticides which are used in Agriculture have great role to play. No matter how industrially advanced the world gets, agriculture will always retain its pre-eminent position all over the world, especially in India & Asian Countries.
The Company’s mission is to make available the latest and best in pesticides for farmer’s benefit and to strengthen the hands of farmer’s. To make sure their toil and hard work doesn’t go waste. And to bring about harvest that yield prosperity to the sons of the soil.
The Company’s philosophy that has led to go all out is to support, encourage and reinforce the spirit of those who plough, sow and reap the munificence of the fertile land.
Company is also engaged in real estate business in a small way.

Company promoter holding is 39%, stock trading PE less than the peers.Phytochem has reported 11 cr top line in the Dec qtr with 0.52 Cr bottom line with close to 10% OPM.
